By accessing or using the Prepto platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
2. Nature of the Platform
Prepto is a placement preparation and practice platform designed to help students improve performance in aptitude tests, logical reasoning, and interview-style assessments.
It is not: a comprehensive question bank, a guarantee of placement, or a substitute for formal study, textbooks, or coaching.
The Platform focuses on: placement interview readiness, test simulation, and performance improvement. Some content is generated using automated systems and curated sources. While we strive for accuracy, minor errors may occur.
⚠️ Students must verify concepts with standard textbooks and reliable sources. Prepto should be used as a practice tool — not the sole source of learning.
3. AI & Content Disclaimer
Certain features of Prepto use AI-generated content. AI systems may produce incorrect or incomplete answers, oversimplify explanations, or misinterpret questions.
⚠️ Users are strongly advised to double-check solutions, refer to textbooks and trusted sources, and use Prepto for practice, not final authority. Prepto does not guarantee correctness of all outputs.
4. Account & Eligibility
- Minimum age: 13 years
- Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent
- You are responsible for your account and credentials
- Account sharing is prohibited
Prepto reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Subscription & Payment
Prepto offers Free and Paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in INR (₹).
Payments are non-refundable and provide immediate access to features. We recommend using the free version before upgrading.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds for unused time, dissatisfaction, or partial usage. In case of major technical downtime (>72 hours), Prepto may offer extensions at its discretion.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All content (questions, logic patterns, UI, branding) is owned by Prepto. You may use content for personal practice. You may NOT copy, distribute, resell, or scrape content.
8. Privacy & Data
Prepto collects email and usage data (practice activity, performance). We do NOT sell personal data. We use data to improve performance tracking and enhance user experience.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Prepto is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free content, uninterrupted access, placement success, or interview selection. Your outcome depends on your effort and preparation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prepto is not liable for exam performance, job outcomes, or reliance on platform content. Total liability (if any) is limited to the subscription amount paid.
11. User Conduct
You agree NOT to bypass access controls, share accounts, use bots/scripts, or misuse content. Violations may result in suspension without refund.
12. Termination
Users may cancel anytime. Prepto may suspend accounts violating Terms.
13. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law.
